[artix-general] cronie-1.5.7-2_x86_64 interprets ~/ as //

Cronie was upgraded on April 1, no fooling.  It erred last night.  The error
message begins with find '//tmp/ and lists three files in /tmp for which my
user lacks permission to delete.  However, the file that cronie called does
not look into /tmp but in ~/tmp.  Somehow cronie has interpreted ~/ as //.  I
downgraded cronie to 1.5.6-1 and that works properly, as it has done for a
long time.  Anyone else seeing this?
