[artix-general] building python-pymupdf from AUR

The AUR maintainer was very kind to provide a patch which works, see:

And on the same comment he mentioned to have provided a PR to upstream:

Which is pretty cool.  Hopefully, while the support for artix is added upstream, the AUR maintainer might make a pkg release with the patch included as well.
