[artix-general] OpenRC 0.35

That is not the problem. The problem is that it should be 
"/etc/init.d/aggetty.ttyX" and it was being cut off to "/etc/in". I have 
fixed the problem upstream and my pull request has been merged at 
OpenRC. When they push 0.35.2 out it will be fixed. Until then, you guys 
have 3 choices, use the patch from my pull request on the OpenRC github, 
or go back to 0.34.11 and wait till 0.35.2 is released.
