[artix-general] OpenRC 0.35

[Fungi4All]

For those that the upgrade did not create an error/problem what do you have as /etc/in
It seems as the new openrc needs to find things to start in /etc/in and the warning  was that there is an error and there is nothing on /etc/in.  Srill all dead consoles except for tty7
