[artix-general] DELL Inspiron 5767 Installation

I've seen that the site is back :) About the Kaby Lake, its really 
strange that something work and something not (I tried also with 
LinuxMint: no way; and Antergos: errors but charge).

The old ISO go smooth, the new Archbang too, maybe that that is the 
direction to verify. If you need I can test.
