[artix-general] Re: package icu upgrade causes errors

I prefer to be in stable. I prefer stability.
But I think it's a kind of bug from a user perspective. Can you please 
be synchronize with critical packages (in core) from Arch? This will not 
cause troubles with non-system packages in Artix.
