I found what causes the minor noise at boot, it was a leftover broken symlink "/etc/dinit.d/boot.d/elogind" which was not removed when I accepted removing "elogind-dinit" when installing "seatd-dinit", and by manually removing it (it linked to a non existen file) the minor noise went away.
