[artix-general] With recent upgrade sway doesn't start

Installing "mesa" packages from arch/extra is a work around this issue:

> pacman -S extra/mesa extra/opencl-mesa extra/vulkan-mesa-layers

But we need an upgrade for these mesa packages on artix.  Notice I looked on the gremlins and goblins repos for world as well, and I didn't find the upgrades there...
