My bad, not sure what happened, but I just removed freerdp, made the upgrade, and installed back freerdp, and everything worked out fine.  But to my surprise, the version on freerdp was the same as the one before the upgrade, so I can't tell how it was able to install if it was some issues with icu new libraries...

Though I don't know what the issue was, it seems my bad then.
