[artix-general] [universe] Thunderbird 102.11.1-1 requires new sequoia-octopus-librnp

Not sure if 1.4.1-4 solves it, but I guess it doesn't:

> % pacman -Ss sequoia-octopus-librnp
> universe/sequoia-octopus-librnp 1.4.1-4
>     Sequoia-based OpenPGP Backend for Thunderbird
> universe/sequoia-octopus-librnp-git 1.4.1.r45.g247e8cc-1 [installed]
>     Sequoia-based OpenPGP Backend for Thunderbird

For now prevent thunderbird to upgrade with:

> % 'grep' thunderbird /etc/pacman.conf
> IgnorePkg   = thunderbird
