Please take a look at [1]. It's indicated that if using:
> ac_add_options --with-app-name=librewolf
> ac_add_options --with-branding=browser/branding/librewolf
On the mozconfig, and also by dropping some patches, which are already dropped by upstream when building their binaries, in particular this one [2], then when RFP is disabled, the useragent will be Firefox instead of Librewolf. That's pretty useful to avoid having to look for what's the useragent without overriding it, and then overriding it with Firefox instead of Librewolf. Having Firefox in the useragent makes things easier on Librewolf, when sites evalauates the useragent and expect on of the major or most known browsers (even the firefox extensions sites is a problem if the useragent doesn't show Firefox).
The librewolf issue [3] was filed precisely to allow such useragent, and it was solved as part of the build process, and what was indicated on [3] was how the branding is set on [4], librewolf's mozconfig, and how some patches, and in particular [2] were removed.
I don't know where to look at the current universe librewolf PKGBUILD, but I took a look at the AUR one, and on AUR, I couldn't see that particular patch being used, and I see the "branding" particular mozconfig OK, so I'm guessing perhaps it's the universe librewolf PKGBUILD the one requiring some minor adjustments to achieve the goal of using Firefox as useragent, even when RFP is disabled (if enabled, for sure the useragent will say Firefox)...
Thanks !
