[artix-general] icu behind arch might affect packages coming from arch repos, particularly the electron packages themselves

OK,

Just FYI for those unaware... As arch already upgraded icu and all of its dependencies, the electron packages included (electron, electron17, electron15, and so on), then every package you still use from arch repos, depending on icu break, including those electron packages.

The work around I found, is to revert the electron packages (those are the ones I've found so far), and other ones built with and depending on icu libraries, and then prevent pacman to upgrade them, until you see artix upgrading icu as well. I guess this just comes from the need to have packages not yet included on artix, or which will never be...

Greetings !
