[artix-general] qt6-shadertools seems to be broken

There is an issue with qt6-base and qt6-doc - both are being built again 
right now. Please wait until qt6-base-6.3.0-2 and qt6-doc-6.3.0-1.1 are 
available on the mirrors in the gremlins repo.
