[artix-general] current sequoia-octopus-librnp (1.2.2-1) doesn't work with latest thunderbird (91.8.0-1)

After update on [world] thunderbird to latest (91.8.0-1), replacing its librnp with the latest [universe] sequoia-octopus-librnp one (1.2.2-1) no longer works, :(

I'm thinking perhaps the sequoia-octopus one requires a rebuild, or a new version.  Reverting thunderbird and preventing it to upgrade as a work around.
