[artix-general] gnupg warns about development version

Hi,

with the latest update to gnupg-2.3.1-1, gpg prints the following warning:

 > $ gpg --version
 > gpg (GnuPG) 2.3.1-unknown
 > libgcrypt 1.9.3-unknown
 > gpg: NOTE: THIS IS A DEVELOPMENT VERSION!
 > gpg: It is only intended for test purposes and should NOT be
 > gpg: used in a production environment or with production keys!

Is this intended?
