Clang has been on version 12 since the beginning of the month. I don't
know what's up with your system but it seems to indicate that you have
version 12 locally installed (which is the current version) but that the
world repo somehow has 11.1.0 (this is quite outdated). Update your
system and possibly check your mirrors.
