[artix-general] poppler-qt6 and poppler conflicting

Hi,

As of version 21.07.0-2 poppler and poppler-qt6 conflict, since both provide poppler-qt6.pc:

> % pacman -Ql poppler | 'grep' qt
> poppler /usr/lib/pkgconfig/poppler-qt6.pc

So, an upgrade of the system, without ignoring poppler-qt6 errors out:

> (1/1) checking for file conflicts                                                                                                        [###################################################################################] 100%
> error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
> poppler-qt6: /usr/lib/pkgconfig/poppler-qt6.pc exists in filesystem (owned by poppler)
> Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.

I guess it's a matter of not including that file on poppler, and allow poppler-qt6 to provide it, but I also guess it's better to wait for a fix from package managers?
