[artix-general] Missing ERB

Hello Xavier,

If you really need to use erb, the only package that still ships it is
community/ruby2.6 that, as the repo indicates, is not maintained on
Artix.

The package installs stuff into /opt and suffixes binaries with -2.6 so there is no conflicts.
