[artix-general] dhcpcd (daemon) + wpa_supplicant (daemon), with wireless bieng a failover support for wired

Well, I'm not planning on using netifrc, but plain dhcpcd + wpa_supplicant.  Is that hard coding portable to create scripts around the 2 daemons mentioned?
