I believe upstream changes within pyqt5.

That is all I know about this problem, if you have more question about
it please go and and ask Mr. Antonio Rojas at <arojas at archlinux.org> who
made these changes in Archlinux, or ask the pyqt5 developers.
And why pacman did not manage to perform update, well lets ask some
pacman guru because I see it as failure.
