I guess it was a matter of time to get alsa-utils-s6 besides the other s6 scripts...  I already got Today's version of alsa-utils-s6, along with the other s6 scripts updates, and I didn't get the message after boot anymore, and if I open alsamixer it looks like the one I set prior to the reboot...
