[artix-general] CONFIG_USERFAULTFD

The userfaultfd mechanism⁰ has been around for a while and though enabled in rhel/centos¹ and others, is disabled both in arch² and artix kernels.

Is there a particular reason it isn't? If not, I'd like to request enabling CONFIG_USERFAULTFD for the artix kernel.
