[artix-general] dnscrypt-proxy-openrc to fit dnscrypt-proxy-go

Hi,

In Archwiki [https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/DNSCrypt] it is said that dnscrypt v 1.0 is EOL. And we have to install go package instead (aur). But we don't have in artix the dnscrypt-proxy-openrc with this package. This package depends on 1.0 version. Can someone upgrade dnscrypt-proxy-openrc to fit dnscrypt-proxy-go too?
