[artix-general] forum seems to be broken

The forum is not allowing to create a new topic.  It says there is a
problem with attachments, and I'm not using any.  I tried to test a
second browser and it wouldn't let me log in or change a password.  it
said it would send a reset link via email, none was received.

I tried changing the password, that seems to not work.  Something is wrong.
